Garuda Global Tech builds enterprise software for organizations whose results depend on people working across many locations, teams and roles. Every product we offer is delivered on one standard platform: identity and access managed once, a shared engineering foundation, a single design language, and an AI-assisted delivery pipeline with human approval at every gate. That platform is what lets us take a product from requirement to market in months, operate it securely for many customers at once, and build AI into the product from day one.

How we build
Six rules every Garuda product follows
They are what make three different products feel like one company, and what keeps each new one fast to deliver.

Identity is not the product’s job
No Garuda product stores a user, a role or a permission. Garuda Identity is the single authority, so an organization manages its people once and every product trusts the same claims.

Configuration over code
Pipelines, roles, calendars, hierarchies and ID formats are tenant settings. Onboarding a new organization needs no code, no schema change and no deployment.

Isolation enforced where the data lives
Tenant separation is a database rule, not a filter the screen remembers to apply. A query that forgets the tenant returns nothing, not someone else’s rows.

Tamper-proof by default
Every transactional change produces an append-only record. Audit is a view over what already happened, not a feature added later.

Requirements first, gates on the way
Every feature starts as a written requirement, passes review gates before it is built, and ends with automated validation that traces back to the requirement it came from.

AI in the making, and in the product
AI agents carry each feature through analysis, design, implementation and review, with a person approving every gate. The same discipline shapes AI inside the products: deterministic where it matters, and fail-closed when it cannot be sure.
